About This Role

As a Junior Product Manager at Bayse, you will support the delivery of key product initiatives across our prediction market exchange. You will work closely with senior PMs, design, engineering, growth, and operations to help define requirements, coordinate execution, and ensure we ship high-quality features that improve user trust, conversion, and retention.

This role is for someone early in their PM journey who is highly organized, product-minded, and eager to learn fast. You will be expected to think clearly, communicate well, and operate with high ownership on scoped projects and product execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product execution: Help drive delivery of product initiatives by coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring teams stay aligned.
• Write and maintain product specs: Support PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, and internal documentation.
• User and stakeholder input: Collect feedback from users, support, ops, and internal stakeholders, and help translate it into product insights and priorities.
• QA and release support: Assist with testing, bug triage, and launch readiness to ensure features ship cleanly and reliably.
• Data and product analysis: Track key product metrics, monitor feature performance, and support analysis that informs iteration and prioritization.
• Work with design and engineering: Collaborate with design on flows and UI details, and work with engineering to clarify requirements and unblock execution.
• Competitive and market research: Support research on competitors and industry trends to inform product decisions and positioning.
• Operational improvements: Identify friction points in product workflows and propose improvements that reduce user confusion and increase successful usage.

About You

• 1 to 3 years experience in product, product ops, consulting, engineering, analytics, or a related role (or strong evidence of product ability through projects).
• Strong written and verbal communication, you can write clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.
